Hi! I just got the following message (repeatedly) when calling MatLab  :----------------------------------------------------------- License checkout failed. License Manager Error -15 MATLAB is unable to connect to the license server. Check that the license manager has been started, and that the MATLAB client machine can communicate with the license server. Troubleshoot this issue by visiting: http://www.mathworks.com/support/lme/R2012a/15 Diagnostic Information: Feature: MATLAB License path: /sw/aws/numerics/matlab/MATLAB_R2012a/licenses/network.lic:/home/nhpghoff/.matlab/R2012a_licenses:/s w/aws/numerics/matlab/MATLAB_R2012a/licenses/license.dat Licensing error: -15,570. System Error: 115 ------------------------------------------------------------ The message is due to: Why do I receive "License Manager Error -15"? http://www.mathworks.de/support/solutions/en/data/1-17REK/index.html?s_cid=pl_LME15_r2011b Any idea? Hi Holger, sorry, my fault. The License Manager was restarted this morning. You must have hit the few minutes in between. Best regards Andreas |
